There was an issue with a factory shifter that [...] resolved efficiently. Minor fine-tuning included removing the unwanted cup holder, and shrinking the width of the touring handlebars for comfort and maneuverability. The technicians also fine-tuned the shifting mechanism once the cables and adjusters had been settled in. They even swapped out the reflector beneath the seat; the one supplied did not work right with the seat adjusted relatively low due to my short inseam.[...] is a team player and a good business owner.
